- Develop and implement creative lesson plans to engage students in Mathematics, using the curriculum designed by Akshara International School.
- Coach students for the Mathematics board exams, ensuring they achieve excellent results.
- Mentor junior teachers in Mathematics and assist in staff development programs.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with students to track their performance in Mathematics.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in Mathematics-related activities, workshops, and training programs to upgrade teaching skills.
- Collaborate with the HOD (Head of Department) to plan and implement Mathematics curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation in Mathematics classes.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the position of NTT Mathematics Teacher at Akshara International School, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related subject. A Diploma in Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
