PGT Business Studies Teacher Position at Redwood Global Academy in Amberpet
Redwood Global Academy in Amberpet, Hyderabad, seeks a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to inspire and guide students through dynamic business concepts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping young minds with practical business knowledge and leadership skills.
The PGT Business Studies Teacher will design engaging lesson plans covering core subjects like entrepreneurship, financial management, marketing, and management principles. You’ll deliver lectures in a structured curriculum, ensuring students grasp theoretical concepts alongside real-world applications. Interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions will be key parts of your teaching approach. Collaborating with the academic team to align syllabus with industry trends is essential. You’ll also assess student performance through projects, exams, and continuous evaluations to foster critical thinking. Maintaining parent-teacher interactions and supporting extracurricular business clubs will enhance the school’s holistic growth. Administrative tasks like maintaining grade records and coordinating with higher education partners for internships will also fall under your responsibilities.
A postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, a knack for simplifying complex business concepts, and a commitment to fostering ethical business practices are highly valued. Experience in curriculum development or working with diverse student backgrounds would be beneficial.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 38,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a vibrant academic environment in Amberpet, Hyderabad.
