Avinya International School | Mokila invites a skilled PGT Painting Teacher to join their vibrant Himayatnagar campus. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of Rs.38,000 to Rs.60,000 per month, ideal for passionate educators with a postgraduate background in fine arts.
Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging painting lessons aligned with curriculum standards. You will guide students through various techniques—watercolor, acrylic, and digital art—while maintaining a safe and inspiring studio environment. Daily classroom management ensures students adhere to safety protocols during hands-on projects.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve developing lesson plans that integrate cultural and contemporary art themes. Collaborate with the art department to organize school-wide art exhibitions and workshops. Regularly assess student progress through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
Periodic responsibilities include attending faculty meetings to discuss artistic trends and curriculum updates. Organize guest artist talks to inspire students and enhance their creative perspective. Ensure all school art resources are well-maintained and updated for future classes.
For this PGT Painting Teacher position, a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related discipline is essential. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly valued. A strong portfolio demonstrating teaching expertise and artistic proficiency is also preferred.
