Role
PRT English Teacher at Redwood Global Academy in Amberpet, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to secondary students, incorporating diverse teaching methods.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and class participation, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate attendance and performance records, submitting reports to the head of department.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum reviews.
Adhere to school policies, safety protocols, and educational standards set by the Telangana State Board.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. required.
Certification in TET or CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Strong command of English language and literature, with ability to teach grammar, composition, and communication skills.
Experience
Minimum five years of teaching experience in a secondary school environment, with proven classroom management skills.
Experience in curriculum design and assessment of student learning outcomes is advantageous.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
