Blossoms International School | Nallagandla invites a dedicated Pprt English Teacher to join its vibrant campus in Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to students’ developmental stages. Use age-appropriate activities like storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia tools to enhance learning. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence among students. Conduct quick formative assessments to gauge understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Collaborate with the English department to integrate global perspectives, literature, and cultural exchanges into curriculum design. Participate in weekly planning meetings to refine lesson plans and align them with Blossoms International School | Nallagandla’s academic standards. Assist in organizing school events such as poetry recitals, language festivals, and inter-class competitions to boost creativity. Keep parents informed about student progress through regular updates and parent-teacher interactions.
Periodic Responsibilities
Prepare and update teaching resources, including worksheets, flashcards, and digital materials, to support diverse learning needs. Attend in-service training sessions to stay updated on pedagogical best practices and new educational trends. Contribute to school-wide initiatives like cross-subject workshops or language camps to enrich the learning experience.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Strong communication skills in English and a passion for working with young learners are essential.
Salary and Location
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, student-centric environment in Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy.
