Collaborate with senior faculty to integrate industry-relevant case studies and projects, bridging academic knowledge with practical business scenarios. Maintain updated teaching resources, including textbooks, digital tools, and sample papers, to support diverse learning needs. Attend school meetings to participate in curriculum reviews and discuss student performance trends. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and classroom management. Mentor junior teachers or students needing additional guidance in accounting concepts. Organize workshops or guest lectures with local business professionals to enhance students’ exposure to the accounting profession. Act as a subject expert during inter-school competitions or academic events related to finance and commerce.
A qualified PGT Accountancy Teacher with a postgraduate degree in Commerce or a related field is required for this role. Minimum four years of teaching experience in Accountancy or a relevant subject is mandatory, preferably in a school setting. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this position. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial for career growth within Abode School | Telangana.
