Job Description
PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Indus Valley International School’s Ramchandrapuram campus in Sangareddy, Telangana is a full-time role. This position focuses on delivering engaging mathematics instruction to students in the school’s primary section, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards while fostering critical thinking skills.
Teach mathematics to students in Classes I to V, covering topics like numbers, geometry, and basic algebra. Prepare and deliver lesson plans that are age-appropriate and interactive, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate with the school’s faculty to integrate mathematics into broader educational initiatives. Assist in organizing and participating in school events, workshops, or competitions related to mathematics to encourage student engagement. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessment results as required.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary or elementary school setting, is required. No TET/CTET certification is mandatory for this role.
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and performance. The position is based in Ramchandrapuram, Sangareddy, Telangana, and offers a supportive environment for professional growth.
