What You Will Do
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in Big Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching Big Data Analytics courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Conducting research in Big Data Analytics and publishing papers in top-tier journals.
- Supervising Ph.D. students in Big Data Analytics.
- Collaborating with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects.
- Developing and implementing curriculum changes in line with industry trends and UGC guidelines.
- Participating in departmental and university-level committees to shape academic policies.
- Mentoring junior faculty members to enhance their research and teaching skills.
- Engaging with industry partners to develop collaborative research projects and internships for students.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must have a PhD in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong background in Big Data Analytics. A postdoctoral research experience is preferred. UGC-NET with JRF is mandatory, and you should be familiar with UGC regulations and norms.
