PRT Hindi Teacher Position at Pathshala Coaching Center, West Tripura
Pathshala Coaching Center in Sadar, West Tripura, seeks a dedicated PRT Hindi Teacher to strengthen Hindi language proficiency across primary grades. This role demands expertise in modern Hindi pedagogy, cultural relevance, and engaging classroom practices tailored to diverse learning needs.
The teacher will design lesson plans incorporating grammar, literature, and regional dialects while aligning with Tripura’s curriculum. Emphasis will be on oral fluency, creative writing, and critical reading through interactive storytelling, debates, and multimedia integration. Assessing students through written tests, oral evaluations, and project-based assessments will be a key responsibility.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding TET/CTET certification. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or language education, is essential. Familiarity with Tripura’s linguistic context and ability to adapt teaching methods for multilingual classrooms is highly valued.
