About This Role
Milton Public School, a renowned educational institution in Agra, is seeking an experienced Cricket Coach to join our team. As a Cricket Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing the cricket skills of our students and promoting a culture of sportsmanship and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement cricket training sessions for students of all age groups.
2. Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance student performance.
3. Recruit and manage cricket teams for school events and competitions.
4. Collaborate with the school administration to organize cricket tournaments and events.
5. Provide coaching and guidance to students on cricket techniques and strategies.
6. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and performance.
7. Develop and manage cricket-related resources and materials.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in cricket coaching. Knowledge of TET/CTET is not mandatory, but preferred. Computer proficiency is a must.
