Role Summary
The Gymnastics Coach position at Milton Public School is designed to develop physical fitness and competitive skills among students through structured gymnastics training. Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily gymnastics training sessions for students aged 6 to 16.
Maintain equipment like mats, bars, and beams in proper condition at the school sports complex.
Organize inter-house and inter-school gymnastics competitions within Agra.
Monitor student performance and provide feedback to parents during PTMs.
Coordinate with the sports coordinator to align training with school sports calendar.
Ensure all training sessions follow safety protocols and NIS guidelines.
Prepare monthly reports on student progress and attendance for school management.
Attend staff meetings to discuss sports program improvements at Milton Public School.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Graduate in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years experience as a gymnastics coach in a school or sports academy.
Good to Have: Certification in gymnastics coaching from SAI or recognized federation. Experience in organizing school-level sports events in Agra or nearby districts.
