Oversee the procurement and maintenance of musical instruments and equipment for the department. Work with the finance team to prepare annual budgets for music activities and submit reports on fund utilization. Ensure all inventory is documented and stored securely to avoid misuse or damage.
Coordinate with external artists and guest performers for school events, negotiating fees and managing contracts. Represent Holy Public School at regional and state-level cultural forums to enhance the school’s reputation. Collaborate with the PR team to document and publicize music achievements in local media.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline is required, with a minimum of two years of experience in a music-related leadership role. Candidates should hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution to ensure alignment with school teaching standards. Previous experience in managing school music programs or similar cultural activities is preferred.
Familiarity with school administration processes and event coordination is essential. While TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, candidates with these qualifications will be given preference. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure during event seasons are necessary.
