Key Responsibilities
Organize weekly Art And Craft sessions aligned with the school curriculum and local cultural themes. Prepare lesson plans that cater to beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners in the classroom.
Demonstrate techniques in drawing, painting, origami, and clay modeling with clear step-by-step instructions. Provide differentiated worksheets and hands-on projects for students with varied learning speeds.
Assess student progress through portfolios and informal observations rather than rigid testing. Support students with special needs by modifying tools and instructions as needed.
Maintain a well-organized art corner with low-cost, locally available materials for hands-on learning. Conduct periodic art exhibitions within the school to showcase student work and boost confidence.
Collaborate with subject teachers to integrate art into other subjects like history or science through creative projects. Keep records of student participation and material usage for school reporting.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Fine Arts, Craft Design, or Visual Arts with a minimum of 3 years of Art And Craft Teaching Job in Agra. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required as per Uttar Pradesh norms.
Candidates with prior experience in inclusive classrooms or working with children from diverse backgrounds will be preferred. Familiarity with local Agra-based art forms like Mughal miniature or pottery is an added advantage.

Patience and adaptability to work with students at different skill levels in a mixed-ability classroom. Strong communication skills to explain techniques clearly in Hindi and basic English.
