Sri Chaitanya Techno School in Agra seeks a dedicated PRT (Post Graduate Teacher) Science Teacher to inspire young minds with hands-on science education. This role will engage students in interactive learning through experiments, practicals, and modern teaching methods.
You will design engaging lesson plans covering physics, chemistry, and biology, ensuring alignment with the latest curriculum standards. Daily classroom instruction will include demonstrations, discussions, and problem-solving activities to deepen understanding. Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and continuous evaluation to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Practical lab work will be a key part of your responsibilities, guiding students in conducting experiments safely and accurately. Collaborate with the science department to plan interdisciplinary projects that bridge different scientific concepts. Maintain a structured and organized lab environment, ensuring all equipment is functional and accessible for students.
Teach both theory and practical components of science, adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning abilities. Prepare and maintain lesson notes, worksheets, and assessment materials to support consistent teaching quality. Participate in school events, science fairs, and extracurricular activities to foster a passion for science among students.
Ensure compliance with school policies on student safety, discipline, and academic integrity. Work closely with parents to communicate progress, address concerns, and encourage a supportive home-school partnership. Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on teaching techniques and educational trends.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, along with at least three years of teaching experience in a science-related field. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Salary for this position will be Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
