Key Responsibilities

You will supervise support staff, schedule training sessions, and act as the primary liaison between the school administration and teaching teams for any academic‑related matters.
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree is mandatory. Candidates should possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed as a minimum educational credential, with a preference for those who have cleared TET/CTET examinations. Strong knowledge of school academic management practices and familiarity with the Uttar Pradesh education framework are essential.
Experience
A minimum of three years of experience in academic administration, coordination or a similar non‑teaching role within a school setting is required. Experience in handling examinations, curriculum planning support, and data‑driven decision making will be highly valued.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English to interact effectively with staff, students, parents and external agencies. Proficiency in using school management software and MS Office suite. Ability to lead a small team, resolve conflicts and maintain a positive academic environment.
