What You Will Do
- Teach Hindi to students of classes 6 to 10
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging lectures
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving Hindi language skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum
- Conduct remedial classes for students requiring additional support
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or a relevant subject
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- TET/CTET certification (not mandatory)
- 2 years of full-time teaching experience
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Hindi to students of classes 1 to 10
- Knowledge of CBSE/NCERT syllabus
- Fluency in spoken and written Hindi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with educational technology and online resources
- Willingness to participate in staff development programs
Salary and Benefits
