What You Will Do
- Teach Mathematics to students from classes VI to VIII, using innovative pedagogies to make learning engaging and fun.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning abilities.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages students to participate and share their ideas.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Engage with parents through regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives that promote mathematics education.
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Conduct extracurricular activities that promote mathematics and problem-solving skills among students.
- Develop and implement project-based learning experiences that integrate mathematics with other subjects.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a TET or CTET certification. We prefer candidates with a Mathematics background and teaching experience of at least 4 years.
