Collaborating with the institution’s academic coordinators to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed will also be part of the duties. Maintaining updated teaching resources, including textbooks, lab materials, and digital learning tools, ensures that the curriculum remains current and effective.
Qualification and Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related science discipline. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in high school or NEET-preparation settings.
