The NTT English Teacher at Dps World School | Khair will design and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning levels while encouraging creativity through projects, debates, and interactive discussions. Daily planning will include structuring grammar exercises, reading passages, and vocabulary-building activities tailored to the curriculum. The teacher will also assess progress through continuous evaluation, ensuring students grasp concepts like idioms, poetry, and essay writing effectively. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other teachers to integrate English across subjects, fostering a language-rich environment.
Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in English. A graduate background in English or related fields is required, though prior experience in NTT (National Teacher Training) methodologies is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt teaching styles to meet the school’s academic standards while maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.13,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with benefits that include professional development opportunities and a conducive work setting.
