Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Evs lessons to students from classes 1-5.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities to promote student participation.
- Create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Evs with other subjects.
- Develop and implement project-based learning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Participate in school events and activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any stream with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- 2 years of teaching experience in Evs.
- Valid TET or CTET certification.
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs.
- Knowledge of project-based learning approaches.
- Familiarity with digital tools for teaching and learning.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.18,500 - Rs.32,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Other benefits include medical insurance and opportunities for professional growth.
