NTT Hindi Teacher Job in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will conduct Hindi classes for primary and middle sections at Rising Stars International School, preparing lesson plans that align with the state curriculum. Daily duties include interactive teaching, assessment of student progress, and organising Hindi language activities such as debates and poetry recitals. Maintaining classroom discipline, preparing teaching aids, and participating in school events related to Hindi culture are essential parts of the role. The teacher will also collaborate with senior staff for curriculum reviews and contribute to parent‑teacher meetings.
Qualification
Candidate must hold a graduate degree in any discipline along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. TET/CTET qualification is preferred to strengthen the application. Knowledge of contemporary Hindi literature and proficiency in using digital teaching tools are advantageous.
Experience
A minimum of three years of full‑time teaching experience in Hindi at a recognized school is required. Prior experience handling mixed‑ability classrooms and conducting extracurricular Hindi programs will be valued.
Salary and employment type
The position offers a salary of Rs.10,000 - Rs.18,000 per month on a full‑time basis. The role is a non‑teaching tenure (NTT) appointment with all statutory benefits as per school policy.
