Dps World School | Khair seeks an experienced Chemistry Teacher to lead advanced-level chemistry classes in Kher, Aligarh. This role demands expertise in modern chemistry education, alignment with CBSE curriculum standards, and a passion for fostering scientific curiosity among high school students.
Plan and deliver engaging chemistry lessons covering organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry, ensuring conceptual clarity and practical applications. Develop and implement innovative lab-based experiments and projects to enhance student learning and experimentation skills. Collaborate with the science department to integrate chemistry concepts across interdisciplinary studies, including environmental science and technology. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including projects, experiments, and periodic tests, while maintaining transparency in grading. Participate in curriculum planning meetings to refine teaching methods and adopt new pedagogical approaches as needed. Maintain a clean, well-organized lab space and ensure compliance with safety protocols for all experiments.
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential. Two years of relevant teaching experience in high school chemistry is required.
