Employment Type
Full‑time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 - Rs.32,000.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling primary to middle‑class sections.
Qualifications
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Candidates having cleared TET or CTET will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for classes I‑VIII, focusing on reading, writing, grammar and speaking skills.
Create age‑appropriate teaching aids, worksheets and activity sheets that align with the state curriculum.
Assess student progress through regular tests, projects and oral evaluations, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects and participate in school events and parent‑teacher meetings.
Additional Duties
Organise English clubs, debates and storytelling sessions to foster a love for language among pupils.
Assist in the preparation of school newsletters and communication material in English.
Support the school’s PRT English Teacher Vacancy in Aligarh by mentoring junior staff when required.
