Responsibilities
Design and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons in History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.
Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and class participation, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary activities and support school events.
Maintain accurate attendance records and report student performance to the principal.
Encourage critical thinking by organizing debates, role‑plays, and community projects that reflect local culture.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions.
TET or CTET preferred, though not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Experience with PRT methodology and student engagement techniques is essential.
Ability to work with diverse learners and adapt lessons to individual needs.
Salary and employment type
Full‑time position with salary range Rs.10,000 – Rs.18,000 per month.
