Rising Stars International School in Aligarh is seeking a dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher to join their dynamic curriculum team. This is a full-time position focused on engaging students with age-appropriate Social Science content, fostering critical thinking and geographical awareness. The role aligns with the school’s emphasis on holistic learning, blending theory with real-world applications through interactive lessons.
The TGT Social Science Teacher will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions covering history, geography, political science, and economics. They will prepare lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Collaboration with the subject coordinator will ensure consistency in assessment practices and resource utilization.
To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Social Science or a related discipline. A strong foundation in Social Science subjects is essential, though TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role. Experience in teaching Social Science to students in the 9th to 12th grades is highly valued.
Applicants with at least three years of teaching experience in a school environment are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with modern teaching tools, such as multimedia presentations and digital learning platforms, will be an asset.
