About This Role
We are seeking a diligent and organized CLERK to join the team at Shri Ram Modern Academy in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the school leadership in their efforts to provide quality education to students. The role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, proficient in computer applications, and has excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
1. Manage the official records and documents of the school, ensuring accurate and timely upkeep.
2. Assist the school administration in day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
3. Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and students, resolving queries and issues as needed.
4. Coordinate with government authorities, such as the Department of Education, for CLERK Recruitment in Uttar Pradesh, and other external stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain reports, statistics, and databases to support school decision-making.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other administrative documents.
7. Maintain the school's website, social media, and other online platforms.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a graduate degree from a recognized university. A Bachelor's degree in any field will be given preference. The candidate should also have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of educational software, such as online learning platforms, is a plus. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is not required for this non-teaching position.
