Classroom Profile
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students of classes 11 and 12, and will be expected to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students. Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies, and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
2. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
3. Provide individualized attention and support to students who require additional help, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's Physics curriculum, and contribute to the development of new teaching materials and resources.
5. Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education, and incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies into the classroom.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding student progress, and provide regular feedback and updates.
7. Participate in school events and activities that promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, and inspire students to pursue careers in Physics and related fields.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a post-graduate degree in Physics, and a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. A strong understanding of the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies is essential.
