Role Summary
Shri Ram Modern Academy, a leading educational institution in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, invites applications for the position of PRT Social Science Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students at the primary level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Social Science subjects to students of classes 1-5.
2. Teach Social Science subjects to students in a fun and engaging manner.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
4. Maintain a well-organized and tidy classroom environment.
5. Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
6. Develop and implement educational programs for students.
7. Collaborate with other teachers to plan and deliver curriculum.
8. Monitor student attendance and maintain records.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
- Good understanding of Social Science subjects
- Experience of teaching primary-level students
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET qualification
- Experience of working in a similar school environment
- Knowledge of curriculum and teaching methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
