Role Summary
The TGT Science Teacher at Shri Ram Modern Academy will deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons for students in Grades 6 to 10. The role demands a strong grasp of CBSE curriculum concepts and the ability to adapt explanations for diverse learners in Ambedkar Nagar.

Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare and deliver weekly Science lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines for TGT classes. Conduct hands-on experiments and demonstrations in the school lab to reinforce theoretical concepts practically. Assess student progress through regular quizzes, unit tests, and practical evaluations, recording results systematically.
Provide individual support during doubt-clearing sessions, especially for students struggling with Physics, Chemistry, or Biology topics. Collaborate with special educators to adapt teaching methods for learners with mild learning differences within inclusive classrooms. Organize Science exhibitions and quiz competitions to encourage curiosity and peer learning among students.
Maintain clean and safe laboratory conditions, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and labeled. Communicate regularly with parents through notes and meetings to share student progress and areas needing attention.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a NCTE-recognized institution is mandatory. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not required for this position.
