What You Will Do
As a senior English department role, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure holistic development of students
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for teachers on English language and literature
- Developing and implementing assessment tools to evaluate student learning
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and performance
- Participating in school events and activities to promote English language and literature
- Representing the English department in school meetings and committees
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English at a school level
- A NET or SET qualification in English or a related field (preferably)
