About This Role
As a seasoned NTT Hindi Teacher, you will have the opportunity to take on a senior role at The Indorama Public School in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Hindi curriculum that aligns with the NCERT guidelines and caters to the needs of students in Amethi.
- Take ownership of the Hindi department, overseeing the teaching and learning process, and ensuring that students achieve outstanding results in the board exams.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing support and training to enhance their teaching skills.
- Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to staff members to improve teaching practices.
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to education.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and improve learning outcomes.
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Represent the school in academic and co-curricular activities, promoting the school's image in Amethi and beyond.
- Work closely with the Vice Principal to develop and implement school policies and programs.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on academic and administrative matters.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi.
- NET or SET in Hindi is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills to teach Hindi effectively.
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
