- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating real-world examples and experiments.
- Foster a supportive learning environment, encouraging students to ask questions and participate in discussions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative pedagogies and assess student progress.
- Engage with parents through regular meetings and progress updates, ensuring they are informed about their child's academic journey.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and programs, focusing on STEM education and community outreach.
- Participate in school events, such as science fairs and exhibitions, to promote student learning and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with curriculum changes.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Post-graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
