About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced PRT Business Studies Teacher to join our teaching team at Oxford International School Gajraula. As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students. Your task will be to make Business Studies an exciting and interactive subject for our students, helping them develop a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Conduct classes for students in Business Studies, focusing on developing their understanding of business concepts and skills.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to make Business Studies an engaging subject for our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school events to promote a sense of community and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for this role. A TET or CTET qualification is preferred, but not mandatory. Experience in teaching Business Studies is necessary, and a strong understanding of the subject matter is essential. You should be familiar with the Indian education system and have a passion for teaching.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month. In addition to the salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package and a generous leave policy.
