PRT Mathematics Teacher Position at Nobel Public School, Gajraula
A Mathematics PRT (Post Graduate Teacher) will join Nobel Public School in Gajraula, teaching students in a well-structured academic environment. This role focuses on engaging young learners with mathematics concepts while aligning with school curricula and assessment standards. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to students' varying learning levels. Prepare clear, visually appealing lesson plans that incorporate interactive methods like puzzles, real-world examples, and group activities. Monitor student progress during class to address any understanding gaps promptly. Maintain organized classroom resources, including textbooks, worksheets, and digital tools, ensuring they are accessible for teaching.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Assist in conducting weekly math assessments and evaluations to track student performance and identify areas needing improvement. Collaborate with the mathematics coordinator to update lesson plans based on student feedback and curriculum updates. Participate in school-wide mathematics workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching methods and classroom management skills. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, discipline, and academic records.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend termly review meetings with the principal or head of department to discuss student progress and teaching strategies. Organize periodic math competitions or extracurricular activities to encourage student interest and participation. Contribute to the school’s annual report by documenting student achievements and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for teaching roles in schools. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar academic setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, a valid teaching license will be an advantage.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.30,000. The role is based in Dhanaura, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, with travel to Nobel Public School in Gajraula for regular duties.
