What You Will Do
As a PRT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and teaching Physics curriculum for classes 9 to 12
- Mentoring junior staff and guiding them in teaching Physics effectively
- Analyzing student performance and board results, and developing strategies to improve them
- Conducting regular meetings with teachers to discuss curriculum implementation and student progress
- Managing the Physics department's resources and budget
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum
- Maintaining student records and tracking their progress
- Preparing and submitting reports to the school administration
- Developing and implementing new Physics projects and resources
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Completed a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- A strong background in Physics, with a preference for NET or SET certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
