Role Summary
Oxford International School is seeking a qualified and experienced TGT Chemistry Teacher for our school in Dhanaura, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. As a TGT Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students from Classes 9-12, preparing lesson plans, and assessing student progress. Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver Chemistry lessons to students from Classes 9-12
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate Chemistry concepts
- Create and distribute study materials, worksheets, and assignments
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Manage classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification. While a TET/CTET certificate is not mandatory, it is preferred. You should have at least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting and be familiar with the CBSE curriculum.
