Core Duties in English Teaching

Conducting regular classroom assessments to evaluate student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Engaging in extracurricular activities such as poetry recitals, debate clubs, and literary competitions to enhance students’ confidence and linguistic skills. Collaborating with other subject teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that enrich learning experiences. Maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, including resources like textbooks, workbooks, and digital tools for interactive learning.
Participating in school events like parent-teacher meetings and cultural fairs to promote communication and community engagement. Ensuring compliance with school policies on attendance, discipline, and academic integrity. Assisting in organizing school events where English is the primary language, such as annual fests or inter-house competitions.
Qualification and Experience
A minimum of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential for this position. A postgraduate qualification in English or a related field is preferred. Experience in teaching English to students in the 6th to 10th grade is mandatory, with at least two years of relevant classroom experience. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly valued for career advancement within P.b.r.p Academy.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
