Day-to-Day Duties
Organize monthly Art And Craft exhibitions and fairs at Sunbeam School.
Oversee maintenance of art supplies and studio equipment.
Coordinate with external artists for guest sessions and demonstrations.
Prepare quarterly budgets for Art And Craft activities and purchases.
Document student artwork for school records and portfolios.
Train support staff in basic art techniques and safety protocols.
Liaise with parents for art-related events and fundraising activities.
Report progress to the school administration monthly.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in art coordination or administration.
Knowledge of local art suppliers and material sourcing in Azamgarh.
Good to Have

Familiarity with budgeting and vendor negotiations.
