What You Will Do
As an NTT at Kesari Public School (inter College), you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering lectures on English to undergraduate students
- Conducting tutorials and guiding students in their academic work
- Developing and implementing curriculum for English courses
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback
- Maintaining attendance records and submitting reports as required
- Collaborating with senior faculty members to develop and implement course materials
- Participating in academic and administrative activities of the college

Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have:
- A Master's degree in English with a minimum of 55% marks
- NET/SET qualification is mandatory for Assistant Professor
- PhD preferred, but not necessary for this position
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature
