Your Students
Our students are the heart of Sunbeam School, and as a PGT Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing their curiosity and fostering a deep understanding of Biology. You will be teaching students from Class 9 to Class 12, and your task will be to make complex concepts simple, engaging, and easily comprehensible.
Key Responsibilities
As a PGT Biology Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting lectures and teaching Biology to students of Class 9 to Class 12
* Preparing and delivering lesson plans, ensuring a well-structured and engaging learning environment
* Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to improve their understanding of Biology
* Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
* Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participating in parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about their child's performance
* Staying updated with curriculum changes and implementing them in the classroom
* Encouraging students to participate in science exhibitions, quizzes, and other competitions to promote their interest in Biology
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PGT Biology Teacher who has a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of Biology. If you have a postgraduate degree in Biology (M.Sc./M.A.) and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, with at least 2 years of teaching experience, you may apply for this position. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
