Responsibilities

Preparing and delivering lectures, conducting lab demonstrations, and maintaining a safe and well-equipped chemistry lab. Developing supplementary study materials, including worksheets and project ideas, to enhance learning outcomes. Participating in curriculum reviews and adapting teaching methods based on student feedback and assessment data.
Qualification
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have expertise in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level, including knowledge of modern chemical theories and laboratory techniques. Experience in using digital tools for education is a plus.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably in a school environment. Familiarity with state board syllabi and competitive exam preparations is beneficial. Ability to work in a collaborative school setting with other teachers and administrative staff. Experience in managing student projects and extracurricular activities related to science is advantageous.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.35,000 to Rs.60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
