Guide junior faculty in pedagogy, assessment design, and student mentoring for Computer Science PGT roles. Lead exam coordination including paper setting, moderation, and result analysis with transparency. Ensure adherence to NEP 2020 guidelines while maintaining academic rigor in Computer Science subjects.
Initiate and supervise minor and major research projects under UGC-CARE guidelines. Publish findings in reputed journals and present at regional and national conferences. Support Ph.D. scholars in their thesis work and guide them through ethical research practices in Computer Science education.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 8 years of teaching experience at the college level, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Associate Professor or Professor. Prior experience as PGT Computer Science or in a similar academic position in Uttar Pradesh is preferred.
Master’s degree in Computer Science with minimum 55% marks. UGC-NET or CSIR-NET qualification mandatory. Active involvement in curriculum development and academic administration within Computer Science departments is essential.
NET/SET qualification is compulsory for this PGT Recruitment in Uttar Pradesh. Experience in guiding doctoral research and publishing in UGC-CARE indexed journals will be given preference. Familiarity with AICTE and UGC norms for technical education is desirable.
