About This Role (immediate joining preferred)
Shiv Children Public High School, a well-established institution in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, is on the lookout for a highly qualified and experienced PGT Economics Teacher to join our faculty. As a PGT Economics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Economics to students at the senior secondary level. We are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality education and guidance to our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics to students at the senior secondary level
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans and teach Economics-related subjects to students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students
- Develop and implement new and innovative teaching techniques
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and assessment plans
- Participate in school events and activities to promote a positive school culture
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a postgraduate degree in Economics (M.A. Economics or M.Com with Economics) from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also required for teaching positions. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Perks and Pay
We offer a competitive salary package of Rs.40,000 - Rs.55,000 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The salary is negotiable for strong candidates.
