Role Summary
Sunbeam School in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. As a PGT Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students in grades 9-12.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Mathematics to students in grades 9-12.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Mathematics with other subjects.
6. Conduct quizzes, tests, and evaluations to assess student understanding.
7. Maintain accurate student records and report cards.
8. Participate in school events and activities that promote Mathematics education.
9. Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.)
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree
- 2 years of teaching experience as a PGT Mathematics Teacher
- Strong subject matter expertise and teaching skills
Good to Have:
- TET/CTET certification
- Experience teaching Mathematics in a school setting
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum
