Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement curriculum for Political Science, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines
- Conduct regular classes, workshops, and seminars for students
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on teaching methodologies
- Analyze and improve board results, setting academic targets for the department
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate interdisciplinary learning
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and local communities
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, and competitions
- Monitor and maintain the department's resources, including library and IT facilities
- Conduct research and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Eligibility Criteria
B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university is mandatory for this position. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. NET or SET qualification is preferred, but not mandatory. TET/CTET certification is not required.

Salary and Benefits
