Job Overview
Sunbeam School in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh invites applications for a Prt Academic Coordinator position to join our administrative team. This role will play a key part in supporting the academic leadership team in ensuring the smooth functioning of our school.
What You Will Do
1. Assist the Principal in coordinating academic activities, events, and meetings.
2. Oversee the preparation and management of academic reports, records, and databases.
3. Provide administrative support to the academic departments and faculties.
4. Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic programs.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for the academic department.
7. Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team.
8. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Who Can Apply
A graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required. Preference will be given to those with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is not mandatory but is preferred.
