PRT Dance Teacher Job in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Role Summary
We invite experienced Dance Teachers to join the vibrant Sunbeam School in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, as a PRT (Primary Research Teacher) in Dance. This opportunity is suitable for skilled professionals who can lead the Dance department and mentor junior teachers. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for curriculum development, board exam coaching, and mentoring colleagues.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement Dance curriculum for Classes 1-8
- Prepare students for the Board Exams, providing additional coaching as needed
- Plan and conduct Dance performances, events, and competitions
- Collaborate with other department heads to integrate Dance into the overall school curriculum
- Mentor and support junior teachers in the Dance department
- Participate in school activities, such as Sports Day, Cultural Events, and Parent-Teacher Meetings
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records for students
- Participate in school improvement plans and contribute to the development of the Dance department
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and be well-versed in Dance education.
