Responsibilities
Teach Hindi to students in grades appropriate to the school curriculum, ensuring clear understanding of grammar, literature, and composition. Prepare engaging lesson plans that incorporate local cultural elements and modern teaching aids. Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and support extracurricular activities related to Hindi language and literature.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. required. TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency in Hindi language, both written and spoken, with a strong command of literary works and contemporary usage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with a focus on Hindi instruction. Experience in classroom management and use of educational technology is an advantage.
Salary
Rs.13,000 – Rs.22,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
