Teaching mathematics to students in grades 6 to 8, ensuring clear and interactive lessons that build conceptual understanding.
Developing and implementing lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methods, including visual aids, problem-solving activities, and real-world applications.
Assessing student performance through regular tests, quizzes, and continuous evaluation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore mathematical concepts.
Collaborating with other teachers to share resources, strategies, and best practices for effective mathematics education.
Participating in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities to strengthen the school-community connection.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree in any field is mandatory. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this role.
At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in mathematics or a related subject.
A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.13,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a reputable institution in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
