TGT Biology Teacher Position at Skd Vidya Mandir in Azamgarh
Skd Vidya Mandir in Azamgarh is seeking a dedicated TGT Biology Teacher to join its faculty and inspire students with engaging biology lessons. The role demands enthusiasm for scientific exploration and a passion for shaping young minds through hands-on experiments and interactive learning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver biology lessons aligned with the Uttar Pradesh Board curriculum, ensuring clarity and depth in topics like cell biology, genetics, and ecology.
2. Conduct practical demonstrations and experiments to enhance students’ understanding of theoretical concepts.
3. Maintain a structured classroom environment, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for students of varying abilities.
4. Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations, including practicals and written tests, and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects, especially in subjects like environmental science and health education.
6. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom materials to support diverse learning needs.
7. Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies on discipline, attendance, and safety protocols during lab activities.
A postgraduate degree in Biology with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, will be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is a strong advantage. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to student-centered learning, and a passion for biology education.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in Azamgarh’s dynamic educational landscape.
